So okay, I bought a laptop from Terry.  It's a great deal, my computer was dying, yadda yadda. 

So I've been sitting here for two hours with my laptop on my lap (go figure), on my overstuffed red couch, in front of the TV, which is on mute.  It's been on mute the whole time.  I keep meaning to turn it off, but I'm too lazy to reach for the remote, let alone move....  I have this warm, snuggly internet-connected piece of machinery with me and I don't need food, sleep, or human contact ever again.

And I thought I wouldn't really LIKE a laptop.  HA!   It's so pretty... and it's all new and shiny and empty, waiting for me to load all sorts of fun things onto it.  I even don't hate the touchscreen as much as I planned.  AND - now I have an excuse to buy a laptop case, which is a lot like buying luggage, which implies travel, which is the best thing in the WORLD!  I like buying purses/cases/bags.  A LOT.  I'm so excited.

Oh, there's news on the acting front too, I'll get around to posting a blog entry about that soon enough.  After all, I see myself spending a lot of time on the computer in the near future....
