I proclaim my taxes to be DONE.  As done as they're gonna get, anyway, and sent off for other people to file, hooray.

In acting news, our showcase is going to be REALLY REALLY FABULOUS.  It's SO funny, people are SO talented.  At rehearsal last night, my scene partner and I were really terrified to go up and do our scene 'cause everyone else's was soooooo good!    And then people laughed and laughed and laughed at US, so that was nice.   So everyone, COME SEE OUR SHOWCASE!  It's all comedy, it's really good, and there's free food and booze!  What more could you want from an evening?  Naked people, you say?  We got that too.  It's THAT GOOD.  
Cricket Feet Showcase Information

ALSO - I've been cast as one of a handful of lesbian women in the upcoming staged reading of QUEER - The Musical.  I'm REALLY excited about this one.   It's a very funny project with a good heart, dialogue I can relate to, etc.  We function as a small chorus, show up in group numbers, etc, and are the voice of the lesbians in the play, which is primarily focused on gay men.  The writer/director seems cool as hell, and I'm really going to enjoy this.

And I had an audition for a TMZ promo, which is just fun too.   Some auditions are more fun than others, and on this one we really got to try things different ways, etc.  And TMZ is such a guilty pleasure....   I love auditions.
