Ahhhhhh.
So there's a ton of things I need to do - taxes, rehearse some Shakespeare, go over the shot list for Monday so I know what we're doing... but I just got back from taking the dog out, and I gotta tell you, there is something RELAXING in the air.
Last night's show went pretty well, some interesting moments (I think we had an audience rebellion at one scene, but we had a music cue go funky too so we may have just confused them... yeah, that's it...) but I felt good about the show, it was a lot of fun.
Went out afterwards for a little while, met some nice people, some crazy people, some crazy but nice people, etc. I'm still sick so we didn't stay out too late, which was nice too. Of course, I came home and wasn't tired so I stayed up too late, but who cares, I had nowhere I had to be this morning.
It's grey again today, but it's a quiet cozy grey and not cold for once, so I'm gonna hang out around the house and putter and maybe head out and buy some paper, which is really the most pressing chore at this point.
Next week begins another round of super-busy-ness.
Monday I've got the pilot shoot, then the first meeting for BONNIE'S SHOWCASE, WOO HOO, Tuesday I've got rehearsal for Winter's Tale, Wednesday another shoot day, Thursday's free, Friday's tech for Winter's Tale then our LAST sketch show followed by a big ol' party at a castmate's house, Saturday's free, and Sunday's Winter's Tale, followed by a short film premiere, then Monday's our last pilot shoot date. After that Monday all I'll have is the showcase - should be perfect timing all around.
I'm gonna miss my sketch show peeps something fierce. But I'll worry about that next week.
