Wii would like a sports massage.

Terry and I went over to our friends' house for food, fun, and Wii playing yesterday.  For those of you who don't care about video games, the Wii has been created by Nintendo to be a playable-by-all sort of system, and features a wireless controller (like a small remote control) that detects its position, so you can swing it like a racquet in tennis, hold it and swing it like a bowling ball, hold it to your hip and hula-hoop, that sort of thing.

I now have tennis elbow, a sore shoulder, and pretty much every muscle in my right arm hurts.  I am SUCH a couch potato - but a viciously competitive person, it would seem.  Especially when there's no running involved!  Hooray!  But my right arm got QUITE the workout!

So we came home and decided heat therapy would be required for these sore, rarely used muscles - and I ended up spilling very-recently boiling water on my hand while filling a hot water bottle... so that's a little sore too, but honestly - not NEARLY as damaged as you'd think it would be.  I've got a tough skin after all! \

Today's fun:  taking the car to the mechanic.  Yay.
