HUGE update!
Okay, so we're going for the Cliff Notes version here.
Saw The Farnsworth Invention at La Jolla Playhouse with my dear friend Cindy - standing room only. Which was fine, since our standing place was 2-3 feet from AARON SORKIN'S standing place (yes, Aaron Sorkin is still my god), which was really cool. He seemed to enjoy his play a lot.
Sidebar: I learned that night that not all things can be put in a blog. How sad!
Saw "Three Sisters" at
Had my first audition that required the absence of a shirt. It was for a promo for the Hallmark Channel, sponsored by Playtex... just about as wholesome as you can get. Learned that I really don't have a problem with that at all.
Got to play with the casting director's dog, too - he's just a sweet dog. ![]()
Working on props for my friend Cindy's first short film - crazy busy frustrating fun. Thankfully, Cindy's just a sweet, sweet person. Good people, that Cindy.
I'm forgetting things... hmmm. Suspected the fish might have a parasite, bought special food, fed it for a few days per instructions, they all seem to be doing pretty well. They're all REALLY happy to be back on normal food though! I still think one of the platies is preggers... I rather like the platies, wouldn't mind having some babies. ![]()
OH - Biggest news of all, saved for last - I'm officially admitting that I've been cast in Broken Windows. It's on IMDB, I couldn't hide it anymore - not that I wanted to, I just felt like if I blogged about it I'd jinx it! Well, I've signed the contract (I got sniffly) and I'm super-excited about this film. I get to work with Tony and Tommy and Sara again, it's a great script, the cast is great, etc... and it's cool that I'll get my SAG eligibility on a film The Great Bon has cast!
Whee!
I really can't wait. ![]()
Well, that's it in a nutshell. Been busy but too lazy to blog about it. I'll try and make my updates a little more frequent... and maybe shorter. Naaahhhhh....
