I hate FedEx!
Okay, usually I have no beef with FedEx, but they MISDELIVERED my package full of fish goodies today. I'm not happy. All I know is that the shipment address on the emailed receipt from the company is correct, the address FedEx had was not. But here's what pisses me off - it was noted as an incorrect address at 1:48 or something like that. I call just before 4pm and the very nice customer service guy calls the local dispatch people to check on it... no, the delivery guy has GONE HOME. Evidently, the FedEx Home guys drive the truck straight home after their last delivery - and he's gone for the day. Er. WHAT??? So my filter's sitting outside some guy's house somewhere in San Diego. SO not happy. I have to call in the morning and get instructions on WHERE TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE - what part of "DELIVERY" doesn't go with this idea??? ARGH.
Now, I know people make mistakes. I don't NEED the package yet, really, though I'd have loved to test my water tonight... but I have been looking forward to getting this stuff and playing with it and figuring it all out all week, and I'm just very disappointed.
And my phone hasn't rung.
