THAT rocked!

So today I got to audition for one of my favorite plays (Fat Pig) at the Geffen, which I think is being directed by the playwright (Neil LaBute).  How freakin' cool is that?  Nice people, love the script to death - just so damn fortunate to be able to do that.   I hope they enjoyed my audition as much as I enjoyed auditioning!   Fingers crossed...

Followed that up with a little improv.  AWESOME class - we played a game called "interrogation" and we're NUTS ABOUT IT.  Fantastic little game, very funny, very fun, my cheeks hurt when I left from laughing so much.   I really like the people in my class, even the crazy ones.

Improv also took my mind off my audition today, for the most part.  The worst part about auditioning isn't anticipating the audition (although the people around me might disagree, I get a little testy before it) - it's afterwards, when there's this little hamster in your head running and running and running on his wheel, not really doing anything, just running....  It's a horrible feeling.  I'm going to go distract myself again - got a tropical fish magazine at the store...
