Wow.

Evidently smiley faces are displayed as, well, smiley faces in the blog text!  Who knew?!?!  Oh wait - y'all knew, but noooo, none of you could tell me, huh?  THANKS.

Anyway, the last couple days have been productive!  I washed a cat (always terrifying), got cat food and grooming stuff and went to class.  Today I helped someone (hee!) pick up a crib mattress for a VERY cute baby, got free Chik-fil-A, got a ton of submissions done online and via mail, got my car smog checked, SENT IN the registration renewal form TWO DAYS before the deadline (early!), picked up a few groceries, and now we're dismantling our old couch.

Yeah, taking apart a couch is FUN.  And it's the best way to learn that you really DON'T want to reupholster anything ever.  EVER.  Maybe a chair seat.  A really really simple chair seat.  But that's it.  The best part about taking apart the couch - Terry's doing most of the carrying-out of the garbage.

Oh, and about the weird voice teacher - the weird voice teacher is evidently not so weird and everyone in class is all for it (as well as my acting teacher), so if I start sounding weird or sick or, as SOMEONE said, "like a 90-year-old piano teacher" - well, that's just too darn bad.   It's gonna take some practice and getting used to and it's good for me and my acting, so nyeh.   Change, it is a-comin'.
