So rather than sit at home all day trying to figure out why I'm so tired and checking my email INCESSANTLY, I decided to go fishing today.

Met some nice people, shared my grapes, got bait, etc.   Caught a little bass and a tiny halibut and got to see a super-cool dog - but that's not the exciting part.

I saw a BIG bleepin' fish.  BIG.  This guy hooked a halibut - a big halibut, estimates were 33" or so - which doesn't sound big, but this thing's almost as wide as it is long, and it's just massive when you see it at the end of someone's line in shallow waters.  Unfortunately he snapped the line before they could get the net under him properly - there was a sea lion on the approach so that fish was probably fleeing for its life...   The poor fisherman was UPSET - that was a BIG BLEEPIN' FISH.

That's it for my day.  I remembered my sunscreen!  Yay!  Unfortunately, I missed a couple spots.
