Yay! :)

Okay, today has been my Day of Sloth.   I love those days.  I've cleaned a bit, actually, and tended to my terribly neglected plants, so it's not TOTAL sloth, but still.

My best friend's home now, which is soooo great.  I've been Not Calling so she can get some rest and get settled in.  Not Calling is Not My Strong Point.  She gets bugged tomorrow.

Yesterday I went up to LA to help out Bonnie and do some Acting Stuff(tm) - which was good, I needed to get back to that so I can avoid just ignoring my career for the next month.  I'm having my deviated septum corrected later this month, so there's the distinct possibility that I'll be unable to do much for a week or two after the surgery, and if I was lazy much longer then I'd just miss all of August, and I didn't want to do that!   Anyway, so I went up there late afternoon, hung out and filed some headshots, and they fed me and made me watch My Cousin Vinny and pet their cats.  Oh, now THAT'S a rough life.  And after all that, Bonnie did this:  http://www.spynotebook.org/bonnie     Thank you, Bonnie!   So I've been basking in the glow of her praise all day.  WHEE!   YAY ME!    Seriously, no one tell her how much fun I have up there - she thinks it's work.  Hee!

So helping Bonnie has inspired me to get another darn postcard mailing out, which took up most of the rest of the day.  Oh, and I ate a few home-grown green beans (mmmmmm!) and made Cream of Wheat.  That was fun.

Plans for this evening: convince Terry to bring home good food and watch a movie of my choice.  I love plotting.

I will always believe that it's a buttload of work, even if you tell me you love the food and TV shows and kitties and gossip. It's work b/c it's stuff I would NOT want to do. It takes FOREVER and you are so cool to just sit in the floor and do it, hang out, not freak out about my weird tastes, and just enjoy the thing.

    THANK YOU! Seriously!

(And how many people do you imagine asked me today whether they could suddenly be my regular interns? A lot. And... NO. I have Julie. Thankee muchee.)

    Hee! XXOO

Heh, I will agree with you that somehow it takes WAY LONGER to do than you think it should - it's weird.

And heeeee, how funny that you've gotten so many offers of assistance!  You should take 'em up on it!  I can't be there every week!   And besides... they'll make ME look good.   BWAHAHHAHAHA the ego.... it grows.....
