I cooked us some beans tonight - both "Provider" and "Dragon's Tongue".  The latter were milder and less green-beany - both were good.  Terry said so.  He really did.  He ate them.  Beans are vegetables and Terry ate them.  It's true.

Hee.  I love my beans.  Did you know that their little leaves fold down at night, so they look wilted?  Well, it's true. 

My potatoes have sprouted.  And my peas are going to be champs, I just know it.

Vegetables are infinitely more palatable when you grow them yourself.  Too bad I only grow a mouthful at a time.
